Advanta CEO needs jail-time for this.

Put them in jail! I had perfect credit 800+ scores. Electronically made payments through Wachovia for 2 years. They said I was late more than twice. Total liars! Hired an Attny who served them certified mail disputing the claim and copied the FDIC. Advanta mailed the letter back un-opened. It must have been like a game of duck-duck-goose as to who they decided to screw with 35% interest. How in the heck can you expect any small business who is still in operation during miserable economic times to make a payment 7 times higher than it was before the rate hike? Right now Advanta is fending off numerous problems included a FDIC cease and decist, several class actions from deceptive investment notes schemes as well as employee profit sharing suits. When in the hell is the Government going to shut them down, fix our credit and return the interest rate we were promissed???? Upper management-starting with Dennis Alter should be in a prison cell right next to Bernie Madoff. Interesting how Alter builds himself a $83m Mansion in PA just as he hikes our rates to 35% then declares bankruptcy. If there was ever a time and place for justice it is right here and right now. Put them in jail.
