Blue Hippo never sent the free merchandise

My computer was paid in full in March of 2008. After a couple months passed I called and they said I qualified for the free stuff since all my payments were on time. So a couple more months pass and I call again because I still have not received the free gifts of course they were not free I paid triple for the computer so I deserve the gifts. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told there was not one and that my call had alread went through them before and they were aware that I had not received my gifts Very reluctantly I had to just hang up because I was not able to get a tracking number or any confirmation the merchandise was being shipped the guy on the other end of the phone acted suprised I was so irritated. I accused his company of being a scam and threatened to expose them to my local TV station because I do not know what else to do. It has been 6 months and still no free gifts...
