THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OWNERS OF THE MAGIC JACK TELEPHONE. I WAS ASKED BY A TECHNICIAN TO PAY $38-$60 TO OBTAIN AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION AS TO WHY MY MAGIC JACK NO LONGER IS IN SERVICE.

when you buy it at Walmart,you pay 19.95 for the jack and another 19.95 for the first years service.when you plug it in,it will want a credit card number,or it will not activate.then it wants to sell you an extended warranty,then thay want you to renew for three more years.and if you want to pick out your own phone number,there is a fee for that.if thay cant get any money from your account,you will get a computer virus.after you get that fixed, the jack might work two months ,if your lucky.then it will quit working for no reason.
