Magic Jack has no Magic!

I hate Magic Jack, I’m on a fixed income,live alone disabled its been very unreliable. I have called and emailed the company to only temporary fixes. I wont be renewing in Feb 2009 its not worth it not having peace of mind. Just a few of my problems are that it has deleted my contacts three tines, it hesitates constantly i have to wait for a dial tone. I call people they cant hear me and vice versa. I had to buy another phone (digital) cause the analog *** with their service. Also you can’t remove all of it from your system this was done intentionally. Unhappy Camper in Ohio

I have heard you either love it or hate it..there is no in between, i used the magic jack because time warner digital phone didn't work in my old apartment wiring, it worked great for me and we used it as our business line.
