I have owned many printers. The Kodak all-in-one is the absolute worst. I have gone thru the "talk to someone in India for an hour who can't solve the problem/we will send you a new one but you need to send us yours back" three times. My latest all-in-one has the same problem as the first three and guess what they want me to do? What a loser product.

I wouldnt buy Kodak again. I use only black printing for my business my wife suddenly used a full colour cart in a day a one off this would never happen again. The printer closed down and refused to work until I had replace the colour cart totally useless to me I contacted Kodak who refused to answer the obvious question to 'Its just the way its made' I say its a scam to force you to buy unwanted cartridges. What has a colour cart got to do with black printing?? they couldnt answer that one! Also after some research I found that Kodak measure the ink level by counting the number of docs printed!!! So in my case and I suspect many others in varying degrees most pages I print have a short sentence at the top the rest of the page is for hanwritten comments by clients this of course means that I will end up with a black cartridge shown as empty when in fact it is almost full. I accuse Kodak of operating a SCAM!! dAVE

I don't know about the customer service of kodak but I can say the complainer is incorrect about not being able to buy ink for these printers locally. Kodak printer cartridges are available at most walmart stores.
