Miele dishwasher panel nowhere to be found in 7 months. Miele rep unable to assist

I have been waiting since February 2008 for a stainless steel door panel for a standard size Miele diswasher. Discount Warehouse Appliances and the Miele rep have three times produced the wrong door. Twice for an 18 inch dishwasher. There seems to be a serious issue of competence involved with no one willing to actually find the correct panel. It is impossible to believe that in seven months the correct panel could not have somehow been located and delivered to the store. Most frustrating is the fact that the manager of Discount Warehouse Appliances is so slow to respond. Weeks go by and no word.
