NuWave Oven Pro is no good and niether is the Company that sells it.

I purchased NuWave Oven Pro Model 20322 on 01/14/09. Had it 1 month it started cutting off and on when cooking did not cook food fast as claimed. I called Hearthware the company that makes and sells it told them what was wrong. I said I needed to return it they told me that they would send me a new power head. I said I do not want a replacement part for a product that is less than 1 month old. They refused to refund my shipment charges as well as shipping charges to return product. Do not purchase this oven or anything from this Heartland. I am biting the bullet and covering charges to return my oven in all the shipment to my house and then back to them will be around $60. This oven is a RIP OFF and so is the COMPANY I had to have my bank close my debit card to keep them from taking anymore money out of my account.
