Euro Pro "Bravetti Professional" deep fryer

Product is defective. After using the deep fryer only a few times, it would not heat up anymore. Called and received a new element. Worked fine for a couple of months then again element would not heat up. Company was fair in replacing the first one after using product only a couple of months, but would not offer a second one. Foreign customer service reps were not helpful and head office hung up on me because I refused to pay for a replacement part. Just have to throw the hunk of junk in the garbage where it belongs and never buy anything from Euro Pro again. Lesson learned.
