I just bought Riddex & it didn't work at all

my name is larry yap i bought six riddex base on ads that i see on tv,but i am so disapointed with this product that i think these people are scamming consumers these things should be look into by the fraud squad. instruction says it covers 2000sq ft, i used four withing 1600sq ft and i see mice come in and out as they please. it just say riddex i got it sometime in july 2008.i am not running a company its a home and i do pest control every two months i would like to know what to do. my mail is chinesegold2000@yahoo.com
