We are happy to report that the people who ruined Rascal House and turned it into Epicure Food Chain will soon be out of business. It serves them right. We live down the street and it is always empty. Hardly anyone ever sits outside at the restaurant and it has a few customers inside but is pretty empty. That is what happens to greed and lack of feeling for the institution that was Rascal House. They cannot survive. I will be outside applauding when the for sale or lease sign goes up.
