Gateway bummer

I purchased a gateway which agreeably were fairly reliable but when my new gateway lost sound they told me that they were sending me a new one --- so I thought -- found out after I agreed to accept it that it was only a rebuilt one. I felt cheated and lied to - will not buy another. I even called to asg why and they said well you did agree to take the replacement so we wil not take it back nor offer any coverage on it except a 90 day warranty which is really making me mad after I purchased a years worth on the old one
