H & R Block Tax "Pro's"

I had my taxes done by H&R Block in 2008 in slc utah. I had a small inheritance and did not know how to file. My 2 brothers and mom back in NY shared in this inheritance and their accountants said they did not have to pay tax. My "accountants" hit me for 3 grand,after which they referred me to a premium office. I explained my case. The woman agreed with me. I have since contacted the IRS,who say I am not entitled to a refund,since it is illegal to e-file an amends. I mailed the hard copies in my-self. I call H&R Block once a week to set up an appt. All I get is a voice mail. I spoke to the accoutant once since April. Teri Miller said she lost my file and will get back to me. I am now going forward with consumer protection and the AG office here in Utah. Some outfit this is BAHHHH
