This is a very easy company to deal with. They are very accomodating when it comes to refunds. If the person who filed the complaint would have looked at the web site the company makes it very obvious that there is a voluntary autoship. The product really does sell itself, but we have to do our part and get up off the couch and work. The rewards from this company are incredible.
