I recently got invoice for this month; when it arrived it said that my payment last month was 3 days late... Late fee of $39 was added & my rate went from 8.9% to 24.9%. I send the payment out same day; every month... they're saying that it took 10 days to get from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania. No Way! I phoned, and had problems first of all with hearing/understanding them, than they can't forward me to Supervisor. I sent payment this month earlier with confirmation and checked it this morning...the payment was confirmed/arrived in two days. I phoned back today in regards to last month, again same old blah blah blah...they are sorry for any inconvenience, but payment was late...can't help me...not responsible for postal service.... They did find a supposed mgr this time, again I went over situation...again she gave me the exact same answer as those before her.. off of a screen in front of her. I asked if payment for this month had been posted; she replied no ... last payment was on ... and it was 3 days late. I asked her to prove it... tell me why it takes 2 days to get there... and 8 days to post. She informed me that it arrived late last month for the umteenth time; I informed her it did not...but did want to know, where in their company ~ did it sit waiting, how their system worked; who was on vacation, who didn't clean up their basket, are they short staffed, ... ??? No answer ~ Just...sorry for the inconvenience. She did give me a supposed Fax number after I insisted that there had to be somebody that could explain how this happened and told her I'd keep calling until someone answered my questions. Has anyone tried sending fax ~ any luck ~ any response? The final unbelieveable part, call your bank and see when we posted it, if it was prior to due date, send us the information and we will do an investigation. Yeah right, what's the chances...I'm sure the bank will tell me the same date that they say...pretty simple. I want to know ~ Why did it take 8 days to post, where does it sit and wait for someone to decide to post. Perhaps they put it all in a bag and send them out ~ TO BE POSTED ELSEWHERE....it's got me thinking. How can they get away with this, what help can we get when they do this to us... with no proof coming from their end...simply posted whenever it fits their fancy... and what if it's mailed in plenty of time and actually does get lost...whose suppose to pay. How do we deal with this ....whose holding these people accountable.... ???They are screwing people over BIG TIME. It's like paying twice over.... tax payer's bail them out, and then they put the screws to you unjustifiably. The economy cannot possibly go forward with ccc's like these. I'm curious to see when they actually get payment posted this month...it sure isn't the same day or next day...or it would have been posted when I phoned.

yeh people look at statements we have been dooped also
go back fraud normally 5 years
first statement, we had a previous balance, not possible, they will not respond to my phone call nor my faxes. Caused us since day one fraudulent over the limit fees.
American way?

Jail Time!!!!!
