Sounds to me like you just ran into a bad agent, which can happen at any real estate company.

Number 1 no one has ever paid my office or myself for an inspection they always pay the inspector himself, I only see the inspection report if my client wants me to recieve a copy of it. Be happy the inspector you had found the footing problem, I don't know an agent that would know that. The seller should be disclosing that in writing in Michigan.

I have no interest in Bank of Amercia, in fact I have never done a transaction with them. I give my clients the names of several lenders I have worked with in the past and let them choose their bank. And they have direct contact with the lender.

I take great pride in being a Keller Williams agent. The fastest growing Real Estate company in North America. And we would not be where we are if this was true of all our agents. Sounds like this agent came from the bottom of the basket.
