Kodak Printer TV offer not honored.

I ordered the Kodak ESP 5 from the TV Offer. They said they ran out of the ESP 3 and upgraded to the ESP 5 for the same price. They charged my credit card and I waited and waited, but no printer ever showed up. 3 weeks later I got an e mail saying I would be getting a refund since I returned the printer. WHAT? I never even got it. I called Kodak and they had no idea why the printer was returned. I called USP with the tracking # myself and was told the package arrived damaged and was sent back. No notice, no phone call, no email, no replacement. Kodak rep told me they could re-issue the order. BUT they could not offer me the same price as what I had originally ordered. The price has gone up $75. I was shocked they would not offer me the same deal. I declined as I did not refuse the original shipment. What a bunch of crap.
