I would like to cancel this complaint as I have resolved my complaint with Navarro's who was not really liable as it happened outside in the parking area . After seeing the films I am more than satisfied with what happened to me. This was just a warning to be more careful in the future anyplace i shop..and that Mr. Clancy who wrote me telling me to get a life..he needs a good wup ass by his Mother to show him some manners.

I think you are misdirecting your anger. Navarro's Drug Store nor their employees stole your purse, how could you hold them responsible for the actions of a a common street thug/purse snatcher. What kind of reimbursement could you expect a store to offer you for something that was stolen from you by someone else. It seems to me that Navarro's Drugstore should be the ones complaining about you for trying to extort money for them for something that was entirely not their responsibility.
You need to get a life and stop being the victim.
