I was on time to go to work and needed breakfast so I stopped at my local Mc Donalds. I ordered the Big Mac wrap with no onions and cookes. There was a full line of cars about 3:45am on Saturday Jan 24, 2009. Normally they say it only takes 3-5 minutes to go through the drive through. Not today, I finally got to the window and they took my money and then the wait starts. I was late for work and got a Big Mac wrap with onions on it, and cookies, good thing I'm not allergic. With no time to get to work. I am hot, mad. I have never received such bad service from a newer Mc Donalds. They just built it last year and still does not have enough people to run it. This Mc Donalds was at 1820 30 Ave in Kenosha WI. I was 10 minutes late for work, I told my boss what happened and he wrote me up. So I might loose my job now, and possibly have to bring a claim against Mc Donalds because of it. I want my Big Mac Wrap replaced and this time with no onions and an appoligy for being wrote up.
