Professional Emerg Care, PO Box 1257, Troy MI 48099 I Received 8/29/08 Professional Emerg Care bill for $636.00; 7/13/08 service date for $959.09 7/13/08 service date for $873.42 Both services indicate, "Non-participating ins pmt $.00" $959.09 service indicated "non-covered charges $.00" and "Dedectible Amount" highlighted. I returned this Professional Emerg Care statment indicating they "send it to the insurance company for payment" They returned the bill to me indicating, "The amount was applied towards your deductible by your insurance company." 9/15/08 I returned the bill to Professional Emerg Care indicating, "Don't belive it. Will wait for insurance receipts/forms for verification." 9/29/08 Received another Professional Emerg Care bill $636.00 10/5/08 returned Professional Emerg Care bill indicating, "Second notice. Send to insurance company for payment" 11/17/08 insurance statement reflects service/payment to Professional Emerg Care: 7/13/08 service @ $317.00 - paid $85.65 7/13/08 service @ $319.00 - paid $79.66 11/17/08 insurance statement reflects service/payment to Professional Emerg Care: 7/13/08 service @ $317.00 7/13/08 service @ $319.00 - paid $19.92 2/2/09 Professional Emerg Care bill @ $21.41 2/2/09 insurance statment reflects service/payment to Professional Emerg Care: 7/13/08 service @ $317.00 - paid $21.41 3/28/09 returned Professional Emerg Care bill with copy of insurance statement and indicated, "How many people do you deceive like this? Original submitted to AMA and copy to BBB." How many? What do they do with those payments? What I want from Professional Emerg Care is a personal apology from the CEO and the $636 they attempted to deceiptfully acquire from me. I, ladies/gentlemen, receive my latest PT scan indicating malignancy in two of the "impressions" and "clinical correlations recommended" in the third "impression" (impression = test summary) . Considering I am a cancer survivor/fighter and will continue my trips to the medical institutions and Professional Emerg Care will continue to deceive people fighting to live and our senior citizens - they can give me the $636 to continue my fight.
