I too had issues collecting from Facestation a few years ago. I worked for Sara Privett starting in 2005 up until my 2nd pregnancy in late 2007. I had to call and call and call to get my final payment. After calling the client directly and talking to THEIR art director about the problems, did I finally get my last check. Luckily, I have been paid in full for all my jobs. I feel so bad for those people that are out money. The ONLY WAY to teach her a lesson is to file that claim!!! Whether you get paid or not, it will leave a permanent mark on her criminal history and she won't ever be able to get a business loan again for the rest of her life. I checked her name on the circuit court of WI and there are two cases already pending. The filing fee is only $87 in Brown County. Good luck to everyone!!
