Ripped off by Resort Equity Marketing

I have had my ad placed with Resort Equity Marketing for six months now and haven't had a single phone call with an offer. The ad cost me $799.00 and I was told that they would sell my timeshare in 90 days or less. I receive several phone calls from a Nick Drake prior to breaking down and placing the ad. He kept telling me that there were several companies waiting to buy my property and I needed to get it advertised as soon as possible because the company was going to be advertising at some big convention the following weekend. He said that I would be contacted by the buyer with an offer and he was sure it would take no time at all. Well, six months later and not one call. Funny how I never heard from anyone from Resort Equity Marketing since. Once you are signed up and forked over the money, the interest is gone. I'm now waiting for the promised $1000.00 shopping spree information via the intranet to come in the mail since it has been six months and my property hasn't sold. Wondering what the stipulations are behind this since what I have read thus far from other customers isn't good. I'm all for a class action suite if we can get more onboard. Sherry Chesapeake, VA
