As a former employee of Empire Today, I can attest to the low quality and high price you pay for unskilled labor installations. Think twice before purchasing, buyers beware!!!!! You are dealing with independent contractors who have signed agreements that in fact keep empire from ever being sued if your job goes terrible wrong. Many of the installers have very shady backgrounds, I would only want one of the many crews in my home the rest are in and out for the quick installation and the quick buck. Shop around and you will get twice the quality for the money. Don't settle for the first price the sales person quotes you, they can take 60% off the price they give you and still make money. Don't pay $40 YARD FOR PRODUCT THEY PAY $6 A YARD FOR. Beware of phony calls to their supervisor to get you a better deal. Buy if you are lead to do so, but don't let them pressure you in any decision, you will wish you had shopped around.
