I agree wit you 100%. I can tell you this if they have your credit card # or checking account # you may want to call your credit card/bank and have them put a note on your account not to accept Any charges from Direct TV!You may have gotten off lucky with just the movie charges but give them time there will be other charges.If you try to cancel your service they will charge you an early cancellation fee of hundreds of dollars. they will not ask they just take it out of your bank or credit card. and do not add anything new or change your service in any way they will add another 2 years to your contract. Don't believe a word that customer service tells you! They are the dirtiest people I have ever dealt with! Please tell everyone you know not to sign up with Direct TV! If we can stop the people we know from signing up then Direct TV will lose a lot of money and we can get them where it hurts the most..In The Wallet! "Lets Not Just Get Mad! Lets Get Even!!!"
