Storage Xpress are a small removal company, and I would urge people to beware of them. Their Managing Director, Ronan Brown, is unprofessional and runs his company with severe deficiencies in communication. My main problems were with his failure to communicate, his habit of making untrue accusations of his customers, and adding multiple extra fees without warning. I was never given any terms and conditions, but later accused of not reading them, and charged extra fees for something I had no idea about. I gave him notice that I would be overseas for a couple of months, but received no communication until a few months later when he demanded surcharges for late payment. I gave well over a month's notice for removal, but following removal, he accused me of failing to give a months notice, and hit me with an extra month's storage fees and a late payment surcharge. Do not use this company if you want to be treated like a human being. They are rude,and will abuse your trust in order to make money from you.
