We have sooooo many conplaints it's too long to even begin...The 1st trip transatlantic 2 yrs ago...they booked oer 1500 pax and didn't have the man power to do a good job and everyone was so upset they had 5 of their agents come aboard for the entire 3 week trip. We had 48pax in the groupe we put together and received no free cruise for every 15 let alone any type of credit.
One of the agents for no reason whatso ever in his frustration pointed me out astrying to cut in line to receive our departure info. I was humilited beyond tears.
This year as we depart in a week for another crossing with a weeks stay in Germany which was suppose to be a hotel in Andernoch Germany to discover they are putting us in a mercure hotel on the outskirts of Frankfort on the outside edge of a bedroom community. There are no sidewalks, we are right in amongst the clover leaf for the Autobon and we are 7 miles from that city center. The only restaurant is the hotel. The initial brochure was to spend a week i the Rhien valley in the lovely quaint town of Andernoch. We are 80 miles away from there.
Count your self very fortunate to not have taken the trip. This is our llast with legendary journey.
