Legendary Journeys fails to provide customer service

We are retirees and have been looking into travel with Legendary Journeys....we found a cruise that we would have liked to have gone on and asked several questions related to port stops and the hotel location for a post cruise stay. We called LJ a total of three times to talk with the same agent regarding this particular cruise....when she contacted us she gave us very little of the information we requested, and then when we didn't say we would book, the high pressure sales began with statements like "you've called several times and haven't booked anything...you are wasting my time" "what do you expect". To be fair, we did inquire previously regarding a very expensive cruise and because their brochure had originally included stops at Iguazu Falls and Manchu Picchu we were intrigued enough to be put on the waiting list.....then they took these items off the itinerary and because they were "must sees" for us, we elected to decline when an opening came up. At that time our decision to decline was met with very strong indignation....but we passed it off to someone just having a bad day.....now I think not.
